If I recall, the Lost Levels ham has certain models replacing Vertigo robots, sometimes missiles which might be the stem cause of your problem. Especially since Enemy Within hxm files might also be doing the same thing. The custom weapons only work in all the multiplayer levels I've included it with...

Ver 1.2 is out! Alongside a nice collection of fixed bugs! I also altered quite a few level design aspects which should appease those players who cried foul on the unfair aspects of certain design decisions! Hopefully this plays a lot smoother! Thanks everyone for the help on fine tuning this beast!...

It have been 6 years in the making (since 2008!) but Jman and I (Yes, THAT Jman) have been working on and off together on a Megaman game. Granted, it doesn't have any new graphics (or very little) and no new music, but that's because at the early stage of production where we could have used spriters...

I see that the overall mission is about 56%! Now that is a huge leap from the previous 22% I saw a heck of a long time ago!

Its actually on my high-rig computer. Not a laptop. Would I be recording video off of XL on a laptop for Youtube? No thank you. So I installed XL on my big-rig table-top computer. Ah well, sound is inconsistent so there will be nothing but music for the MP levels for Youtube and for the D1 SP levels...

Ditto that. In separate folders. Still no sound except for the weird workaround I mentioned above. But just tonight, even that stopped working now.
