The Kalkis have crashed my computer twice. Before I post a ticket, I'm trying to figure out what exactly is the cause before I just 'name' the ticket some misleading title having you go chase down a rabbit hole.

Nope, nope and nope! I hate the Kalki! I just started level 16 (had a rather long hiatus but finally got around to beating level 15! Wasn't that bad actually!) and the level starts you off with level 1 lasers and you have to face off with a Kalki with nothing but that and some Concussion missiles! :...

What the heck? I thought these levels in Enemy Within were supposed to be rather small? (or at best, medium sized) I get to level 15 and it still hasn't ended? Crap, you split this off. I was responding in the other thread!
So why did it reset at all? Changing it back to standard fixed the issue.

But that's the funny thing, my setup was untouched since last time I played during ver .32. So why all of a sudden did .52 have to recompute lightmaps where there was already one existing and then it ended up looking like crap? An earlier version looking JUST FINE should not suddenly look like crap ...

Okay, its been a LONG time since I came back to this play series. I jumped from .32 to .52 today! and let me tell you, NOTHING has changed with my player profile setup. Holy friggin crap! I just finished level 12. Difficulty spike much in the lava levels? Made it through...barely. Onto level 13! I also forgot to update, I have .29 as my current version. They are sub optimal because I'd like my computer to run the game while using a recording program. I tried maxing it out and it stuttered in a rather jarring way. So I started toning down settings until I got to something that I was not only happy with but still looked rather good. What you gonna do...

Still on level 12, haven't touched it in about a week. Got distracted by the sexy...aka, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. I've been absorbed in that completely. Update on what I've been doing: I have completed level with no crashes as stated previously, however I haven't touched the project in a few days due to real life and catching up on other play series. I'll get around to starting level 11 later this week and I'll have tracelevel 1 still active. Thanks...

Well, wouldn't you know it? I download .27 and beat level 10 with no issues. Go figure. I have traceline 1 still enabled, so if it crashes on level 11 onwards, hopefully it'll tell you something new. For now...onwards!
