Once one is destroyed, it only takes a few hits to kill the other, and the effect is pretty cool.

BTW - I've already found out that a trigger will ignore a target that doesn't exist.

I found out why: Minireactors use robot AI, not reactor AI That means they can only fire in one direction and thats within a 90 degree angle forward. Wow! Pumo mines is becoming an entirely new game that just happens to use the D2X-XL engine!

I especially like that second briefing screen. (Mostly because I can actually see the characters in colour. ;))

How do you get mini-reactors to fire?

Whenever I put a mini-reactor into any of my levels, it doesn't do anything. It's supposed to fire the reactor shot, but it doesn't. So what do I have to do to get the mini reactor to fire? I've seen it done, I just can't figure out how to do it myself.

I've always wondered why no one puts bosses on secret levels. I think having a boss robot that can only be faced on a secret level would really add to replay value, not to mention the difficulty of that particular secret level.

I found another option that helped me get farther was enabling the "dual missile launch." It made killing the robots much easier. Wolfie, I think the Bolas and Sapper are too slow. The Bolas is a sitting duck. At least if you have a lot of space it is no threat. The Sappers aren't either (...

I think D3 is fun, even in singleplayer, but D2X-XL is much better graphically and gameplay-wise, and it's so much easier to build levels for.
