I think that there should be one poptimized model. I think that the "heavy" geometry - just not needed. So probably in the near future there should be two models. bout now - i dont think that it ll be suitable. One question still remains though. If only i could know the way to add models i...

Yup. By Myself. It took some time and numerous drawing sketches to figure out how to adapt the in-game pyro model so it would look logical when with details. Also - i figure out that for different guns there should be different ...gun holes... The model were created in MAX as a shell of the model ex...

I've allways wondering - why dont you use png and jpg formats? png have alpha and jpg - is a good compression of the image

The model of descent Pyro - original but improved - were done allready. Allthough the tread is not quite about it - i wish that i can show you guys - the job done....dunno how to post it here. And the only thing necessary for It's completion is - understanding of how the hell edit them and texturing...

To chec things once again - i made all those steps you mentioned. and i must admit thet somehow - D2x-xl wont see the mission and custom pig files if i place them in "data" folder. problem solved though, if i place them in main d2x-xl folder were all of the command files are. I guess somew...

the same....as for screen shots - imagine that i have all screnn in black - as there is no lights and no textures. I can see closest robots to me i can see lasers i can see explosions and also shield orbs...but i cant see wall textures.... Also...It started from 1.11.10 last version before that whic...

Problem with the walls textures?

Pardon me if im not the first who asking it - but i couldnt figure out so far the reason of why all levels - seen in. No textures(except robots) No lights...Nothing - any tip of how to fix it or at least were to look?

Thx :) Perfect. Any tip of ow you did those? what do you mean exactly? How do I make the models or how do I put them into game format ? I would really like to hear sbout the way of how to make models - map them and put them in d2x - what converters youre using and what are the steps ..were to place...
