Yup i know. :) I placed it here just to ad dan effect to the geometry of the main engines. sort of a milestone.
Have you red what i said there - i think that swiled sylinders rotation with a static texture will make a greater result. i tried animated texture. its not that good. Can you tell me the amount of faces approved for the flame geometry?

Progress so far. Recently added all needed geometry parts for remaining surface of the model. No Major Map jobs yet.

It looks out of proportion: The cockpit is way too small compared to the rest.

I do not understand what you mean. :) It looks exactly like on my red concept. which you liked Everything is great..:) Im working on textures now..:) Hows flame going - are you going to make available possibility to change its model?

That's a bit hard to tell from the silhouette. I guess I will have to wait for a 3D render of your model then. :)

Actually I even start to like the idea of "a weapon - a hole".

The triple thrusters on the wings should be replaced by a single one though.

No :) I thought about that..:) Its a complicated thing - i actually imagined that. I had an idea of a turnable thruster before - you can see it on previous sketches - probably especially in the thrusters forum thread. And i figured that there can be two types of thrusters - one or triple+1. triple + 1 -mareix can consist of a 3 triangles ad each triangle can gibe a central combined force/ so without any servo motors you can have a variety of 7 vectors - fron one thruster instantly. without any delay in movement. If you have one thruster then it had to be turned to a certain position to direct itself to a certain vector that requires time and a lots of kinetic type actions. So many other movable parts besides thruster itself.

So what you proposing can be - but the thing i made - is ыдшпедн improved over singe thrusters. A next step so to speak.
