Remodelling DizzyRox's Models

I decided to make new versions of models which was made by DizzyRox.

My intention is to make the models looking more like my other models, old school like ;)
All of Dizzyrox's models are also missing smoothig, they look square-edged.

Reducing poly-count is the other objective :D

Here my first work:

New version of plasma-cannon:

- reduced polycount: 720 triangles vs. 1077 tris in DizzyRox's version
- new skin-texture, looking similiar to my other models
- highly optimized and smoothed model-mesh

what do you mean exactly?

/karx wraps his magic glass in thick layers of soft paper, diligently places it in a stable cardboard box and looks for Zombie's address ... :P

OK, the last one weapon ;)

Vulcan-cannon reloaded :D

This one has more polys than DizzyRox's original, but about one third of vertices ;)

- 810 tris, 512 vertices vs. 706 tris & 1626 verts in DizzyRox's version
- new tex
- smoothed mesh

Now I'm working on the missilles and the quad-laser powerup.
