No... not individually/ separate. Surely if they sell the Definitive Collection it should be there?

For me it's on the third disc.

Seems like if they are advertising the Definitive Collection, then it would miss leading or false advertising to not include it.

EDIT: I take that back.. They are using the same box cover but not advertising the Definitive Collection.

So no.. no Vertigo add-on.

Bad GOG... no cookie for them.

Also, just tried Boiling Point after a buddy gave me Vertigo. My jaw just dropped at all the custom stuff -- underwater rooms, outdoors, WEATHER EFFECTS!... I'm really digging it. However, it's hard to move the ship underwater because the game detects me colliding with water when I move, and plus, while the sky looks amazing, there's a large grey striped square blocking most of it. I think it's a graphic bug?

The sky problem might be a bug. When you report it, please post a screenshot + your player files (from the profiles subfolder, e.g. schala.plr and schala.plx). Put all that stuff in a zip/rar/7z archive please.

The water behavior is intentional and is meant to simulate movement with high friction and slight turbulences due to the physical properties of the surrounding medium.

Done. Though when I activated the SPANIARD cheat to get the shot faster, the game crashed. Additionally on my second attempt, WILDFIRE also crashed when I started firing.

I got it once I turned the graphics down to standard, without either cheat just to be safe.

I haven't needed to spend much time on Descent to have heard about GOG...

Yeah... I recently overcame WoW, so I know what it's like to be a know-it-all for a certain title.

PS: I hate WoW now.

I only like games that allow player innovation. With Descent, not only do we have an awesome level editor and a large archive of some pretty cool brainchildren, but also the source code.

With WoW, or pretty much MMOs in general, it's WYSIWYG...

Ooops! I forgot to say thanks for posting this!!

Regarding Vertigo: there are sites around for downloading that expansion. I think I had to pay, but it wasn't very much.

If you look around on Prepare4Descent you can find it - though I'm not sure it contains the files for the hoard game (imo the best multiplayer game ever).
