Alternative textures.

I'm sorry if I'm asking for the answer if its already exist somewhere on site.

1. Can a person add his own textures to his own level - if yes - then where they should be placed?
2. The same for the sounds.

I posted a feature@source you put custom textures in a folder w/the same file name as the .mn2/rl2 files. It would work out great

You can use DLE-XP to replace standard textures with custom ones. Put the texture to be replaced as first texture on some cube's side, click the "textures" tab, click "edit", click "load", then browse to the replacement texture. Use extension "tga" for tga textures (must be uncompressed 24/32 bits). DLE-XP will store these textures in the mission's hog file as <level name>.pog.
