I spotted the robot construction kit on descent-network.com. I take it thats what im looking for.

Just to add in an interesting quirk, I discovered some weapons will screw up a robots firing rate. Anyone ever tried giving a Logikill a blue laser and the helix?

He never fires a blue laser but he spams the helix gun like mad! Producing a complete blue streak of textures from one end to the next! :o

The secondary lifter did the same thing when I gave him a diamond cutter. Rather amusing on Insane

Here we are again years later.

So last month I declared I'd revisit my old maps and do a lot of fixing up. This is taking a while because it's going to be the last update I'll make to these missions and I'm being very careful about quality control here

....that and it's taking me a stupid long time to remember how anything in DLE-XP works. I haven't done this in almost a decade :wallbash:

The old tutorials linked on this thread don't exist anymore. Does anyone know if it still exists somewhere?

Just putting this here for future reference: Instructions on the tunnel generator

The start side is the "current" side, while the "other" sides denotes the end side. To have multiple start sides, just tag all sides you wish to include. The only limitation is that they have all to be connected and at an angle of 22.5 degrees or less to the start side. Press 'G' to launch the tunnel generator. You can change the tunnel's end orientation by manipulating the end side's vertices or moving the end side around altogether (just move the "current" side around to do this). To change the curvature, press CTRL+8 or CTRL+9 while the current side is at the tunnel start or end. To change its granularity (big word for adding or removing segments from the tunnel ), press ALT+8 or ALT+9. Change the tunnel's twist by moving the current point of the "current" or "other" side around. Press 'G' again when your done.
