Tron Legacy = a very good movie (I saw it last weekend). If you don't believe me read the thread on the DBB.
Daft Punk is even in it (as in actors in one scene) :D .

Anyway, the gift exchange this year was a game because one entire side of my family was visiting (my mom's side). So a lot of the presents were just supposed to be funny (including the one I got). I ended up with a cordless power screwdriver (that I'll probably never use... maybe) which was obviously supposed to be a funny gift, but it wasn't the funniest: My grandfather got 3 rolls of duct tape and a book called "How to do Everything".

I also got a new watch that actually works (compared to Xaihyv who got a new uber-laptop that hopefully works , maybe we'll finally be able to play D2X-XL multiplayer, TrackMania Lan is definitely in, today or tomorrow), and best of all, my brother and I each got tickets to the Arrogant Worms concert on March 20th (from Klixovann).
I also got some M:TG cards, the best of which was another Darksteel Juggernaut (the first of which won me a lot of games at the Scars of Mirrodin prerelease... give it infect and see what happens :D).

Also, from Xaihyv I got the Tron Legacy Soundtrack (22 new songs by Daft Punk :O), and from my uncle in Edmonton I got a whole lot of books (which is good because by Christmas I've always read everything I own and I need to replenish my library-- erm-- bedroom).

All this was on x-mas eve.

Today I finally got to try out the Heavy Wolf ship because version 1.15.121 of D2X-XL does not have the crashing bug I've been getting in previous versions, so that was almost like another present. And I got a bag full of pistachioes :D  ).

well, here is my Christmas gift list:
The greatest gift probably is, that the renovation of our house after the water damage in August could be completed before Christmas. That was a hard task and a lot of work for me to reach that goal. Our financial burden because of the costs of renovation made major christmas gifts impossible.
As a joke I got from my wife two screwdrivers and a inch ruler for Christmas . She has given to me some Shaving cream too, because when I was renovating our house she saw me often unshaven. One of my wishes became true too: I got Fallout 3. But the game wasn´t delivered on time because of the snow chaos in germany. But that doesn´t matter: I am on holiday now in Rapture City ... I relax while playing Bioshock 2. A Harry Potter game was under the tree too; yes sometimes I like to play third person action games. An unknown jester has even given me a dislocated vertebrae for christmas too. Right now I'm sitting with a hot water bottle in the back in front of the PC, pumped full of painkillers.
After all, what happened in 2010 to my wife and me, I am sure that 2011 can only be better ..

I got a set of Logitech headphones. Just what I needed :D

I also got a card, some cookies and a $20 bill from my dearest beloved Grandma

That's about it, sadly there were no Christmas tree's and family time for me, I had to stay in Auckland while the rest of my Family gathered in the South of the country :(

It's regrettable but my place is here...where the jobs are.

Sounds like the rest of you guys had a great Xmas.
