Transformers: Devastation

TRANSFORMERS: Devastation is an original third-person action-brawler game based on Hasbro’s colossal science-fiction franchise and developed by acclaimed studio PlatinumGames. Combining fast-paced gameplay and fine-tuned controls, TRANSFORMERS: Devastation evolves the iconic robots in disguise in a way never before seen in a TRANSFORMERS video game. As the treacherous DECEPTICONS launch a cataclysmic assault on Earth, the noble AUTOBOTS will have to muster all their strength to save their new home from destruction.

And the style is based on both the Generation 1 cartoon and the IDW comics. Plus, it's coming to PC! And double plus, it's developed by Platinum Games! (the guys who did Bayonetta, Metal Gear Rising, etc.)

Yep, this is what happens when you have, say, a movie series that so totally butchers a franchise for its fans. The fans get very vocal and other companies realize "hey, if we did this right, instead of doing it wrong like he did, we'd get a very loyal and devoted fanbase who'd give us lots of money."
At least, intelligent companies would realize that. Which is even better because you probably get an intelligent company developing the game or whatever else they end up developing.

First- Knock it off!

Secondly- When it comes to Transformers, I can't help it, okay!

Third and finally - Deal with it.

It was meant as a compliment...
It's guys like you that actually convince companies to do things right. Whatever "right" happens to be.

I geek out about certain things too, it's nothing to be ashamed of. In fact I think it's the opposite.

Hmm... that reads like an accidentally swapped response to a parallel post on another forum where someone responded "lol who cares?" instead of what you said.
