Probably not, but Steve Ballmer probably does.

If any of the two owned a Mac, then it'd rather be Gates. Ballmer doesn't even allow his kids an iPod, they had to get a Zune (I can somehow understand him ...)

I saw a news story on TV about Gates doing that, not Balmer.

Yeah, there are some people at MS (Steve Ballmer is the most notable obviously, though it seems most of the sales folks are much the same) who are very much zealots - if it's not MS, they won't use it. Thankfully they seem to be the exception to the rule... there are more people than you'd think with iPads, even in relatively senior positions.

I kinda look at iPad as an investment rather than something personally useful to me. Apple maintains some hardass guidelines and I'm sure even the idea of D2X-XL for iPhone/Pad/etc would get rejected.

Ballmer is (or was?) CEO, and I don't think it would be a good marketing strategy to use a competitor's products when your company offers similar hardware.

Since this topic is rather old and about to go OT, I will lock it now.
