Not sure but I think this is a level pack which contains 40 missions. any per chance that might have it or do I need to buy it?

You certainly won't have to buy it.

Isn't that Wolfie's new mission in the works?

Considering the sort of stuff that's out there for free, charging for descent level sets is basically a scam. If it isn't illegal, which it probably is.

Never heard of it, and I've scoured the entire internet back in the day of Descent 2 looking for awesome play sets. I never did come across that one. Maybe Encounter at Farpoint 2: Dimensions? But that was only 10 levels.
But my mission set is still in the works, its not dead, its just slowly being worked on due to real life concerns. Here's proof:

if you want, I can call the level set dimensions after its finished if you want. :P

Yup. If you wanna find a certain version of Descent, just ask Obi-Wan, he's literally got it ALL.

I wonder what kind of levels are on that CD. I have the suspicion it's a either a whole bunch of crap, or just a sampler of custom missions built by Descent fans.

I'm no law student, but does that mean Lasersoft's copyright is invalid and Obi-Wan is able to distribute the contents?
On a second read, it looks more like it got tied into Descent and Interplay owns the copyright. Does that mean he can give it to someone who owns Descent?

From someone very very interested in the contents...

Perhaps it would be best to wait for a conformation from Frustikus first...

Exactly !!! My hourly wages amount to 15.349,23 EUR without taxes. I think checking the copyright things will be done in 2 up to 3 hours. Do I get the order now? (I need a new car).

Pretty sure that's the case with non-Interplay levels. Considering it was released early (in 1995) and has so many (75) levels on it, it's probably pretty similar to Levels of the World; basically a bunch of rubbish.
