(WIP) Powerhouse

this level is in work. i just wanted to share with you guys what im up to.

the level takes place underground at a base of a volcano. its a facility that makes natural metal out of molten ores of tin and copper.

since its going tobe a small level, it doesn't really matter how much i over abuse cube count. :D

Do you mean small as in space wise or play-wise? Or perhaps both? :P

Anyway, it looks good! I'm guessing you're going to change that default texture?

Or at least use the hi-res textures. Seeing the ship in that photo is like seeing a rainbow colored ball in a black and white photo.

hi res textures make it look exactly the way i imagined it to be. i might not change textures now after all! (well i might in some places)

hello everybody, i am back because blarget wanted me to look over his map for him here. I am the only person besides diedel to see the full map, so i came to comment on it. I'll say that it looks pretty good at the moment, it may be a bit small but there is a good amount of detail put into it. it has a good potential to grow larger and become a fairly good map. That's all i have to say at the moment.

i guess that died pretty quickly. well anyways, i didn't like the game-play on this map so im going to rebuild it with the same style.

what about it was bad with the gameplay? The flow? The design? You need to learn from the mistakes to rebuild it better than it was before. So what did you learn? I'm curious.

i cant the map is too cluttered. what would be cool though if someone could re-texture it.... that would be awesome.
