.BLX texture projector utility

Finally got around to finishing this, though it took until silly hours of the night to do it. It may not be the most trivial thing to use, but the idea is you can take a .BLX file (fairly important, it won't recognise .BLK I don't think), tell it to project on some axis or other, which textures you want to be affected (or alternatively all of them but there are usually reasons not to do that), and it can spit out a texture-mapped version of the same block.

I also included source code for those who are interested to see how it works or want to modify/fix anything. No licence terms, rip off at will. :)
